Our company founded in 2016 by Mr. Mohamed Saad & Eng. Waleed Saad, who are the owner of the company.
Our Experience comes from long time ago since 1980 in trading of all non- ferrous scrap metal , such as (copper aluminium,lead,Tin,brass,...).
Our factory located in Industrial Zone of Wadi El-Natron city, Bahira governorate, Egypt . about 112 km far from Cairo.
Our factory is covering an area of 2,000 square meter in addition to a production storage area of about 2,000 square meter.
We are specialized in all the non-ferrous metals, especially aluminum alloys ingots as well Copper wire and Lead alloy grid & ingot as a future extension .
All melting, treatment and analysis machines and tools are available to fulfill all the production requirements. Such machines include a shaft furnace , Twin chamber side by side and a casting machine.
For analyses, we use modern German spectrometer.

As a manufacture we are looking to serve various types of companies with various products so here are brief about our Products which are providing to our clients.
The use of the furnace depends on the raw material.
As an example, upon using aluminium engine blocks, the method used in our factory is the de-ironing melting furnace to remove iron, dross and ash.
In the second stage, the liquid material moves to the holding furnace via a canal with filters.
A chemical treatment can be used in this stage after mixing the liquid by a metal mixer and pumping nitrogen according to the alloy requirements.
A sample is taken and analyzed by the spectrometer.
Then, the liquid moves to the casting machine.
